I couldn't have asked for a better outcome and overall service from a moving company. It was my first time using a mover. These guys were so polite and professional and very patient with me. Movers were very careful moving my pieces around and everything arrived in the same condition as it was before moving. This is a five-star company that deserves recognition.

I am so pleased with their performance and so happy with my choice. Complete Van Lines has been a blessing in disguise for me. All the crew members were fully aware of the tasks they had committed to and were ready to get them done asap. I did not have to push them to work at all. They also weren’t slacking work to increase work hours for money. Great high spirited individuals, definitely deserved some extra tips.

Surprisingly well organized moving company. Their booking system work pretty well. They usually arrive on time and do a very good job. They provide plastic reusable boxes which makes the moving process a lot easier. They are very responsive on emails and flexible with their schedules. I've used them multiple times in KS and cannot complain about any of the jobs they've done. Highly recommended.

The service provided by Complete Van Lines was excellent from start to finish. So easy to get a quote online, and I was kept informed at every step. My team was so efficient and polite. They couldn’t have done more for us. I am glad to work with them. Highly recommended. I would definitely use them again.

This place will SCAM you. If you are reading this and you already put your deposit down I promise you just eat the cost and go with a different moving company. They will string you along until it is time for you to move and then you either paying 5 times the original estimate or they just don’t show up at all. I am LUCKY my deposit was only $800 I have seen people with deposits over $3000. Please please do not use this company it will be one of the biggest mistakes you have ever made.

Chris doesn’t pickup the phone after he collects your money. Beware do not use this company. I understand they are brokers but very unprofessional. They told me they would take my bedroom set and 10 boxes at a set price. When they came they only took a part of the bedroom set and wanted to charge me more for another piece of my bedroom set. So the whole bedroom set didn’t go. Then they only took 8 boxes not the 10 that they were supposed to take wanted to charge me more money. DO NOT USE BEWARE. I couldn’t give them 0 stars because it doesn’t let me. Oh and they were supposed to set up the bedroom set over at the destination and to my surprised they left everything outside of the house no set up no nothing. Be ready to get charged more for everything. For the walk to the apt or use from truck. I had to give them money under the table. Nice right. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
